The Patented Dipping Process
Regular silicone gloves are made with a 2D mold, thus the shape of the gloves is fixed and limited. LANON innovated unique dipping technology to produce gloves. The liquid silicone runs around the exterior of a 3D hand mold to shape the gloves so that the gloves can allow for bendable fingers and be softer and more malleable in texture and design than stiff regular silicone gloves.
What is CoralAir liner?
CoralAir liner is a patented 7-level sandwich structure of liner that can provide excellent heat-insulation performance and maintain the gloves’ flexibility. Users can wear them to withstand temperatures from -100°F to 570°F and handle small tools without a mess.
